Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate contact details and availability. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time. Missed appointments may result in restricted future access or require prepayment.
All services are payable in full prior to or on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
